Standardize "reason for closure" on "lost" requests

When a request is marked closed and lost, the current behavior is to open a text box to type the "reason for closure." It would be better if there were a dropdown or list of predefined reasons (set by an admin) that salespersons can choose from to state the reason the sale was lost. This will allow for better data collection.

Thank you Tom. Otherwise is the sales team receiving the feature well? In terms of the closure modal and the project or service WO automation?

Max Kazakov once we removed our automation and stopped getting duplicate projects, everything was good. The only issue I might have is that it could be clearer whether "won" or "lost" is selected, but that might just be my eye sight going.
