Completing WO with past dates

We need to be able to select a past date when marking a completion of a work order. this will allow for accurate reporting and data. Human error could cause someone to not complete a workorder the date it was actually complete. PTOs, approvals and other may come in over the weekend, when we do not have a team member present to mark off the workorder. The PTO date is then not inaccurate.

Thanks for raising this. Are you referring specifically to the Work Order completion date, or other status timestamps too? It’d be helpful to understand the scenario you’re trying to support.

Aleksei Mikhailov Yes! Main focus on the completion date, just in case someone forgets to mark something completed, but pay depends on the exact date it was actually "completed". We do use the other statuses to track where the work is, and these things affect pay, so it would be helpful to have access to adjusting those as well!
