It would be really helpful if automation emails could include custom attachments (PDFs/images), not only “Send forms added to work order as attachment.”

I need a trigger point for an automation to be when a project status changes to on hold or cancelled. And i need it to send an email to all the stakeholders on a project.

We would like coperniq to show if client has actually set up portal access on their side.
