Limit Assignee Options for Work Orders to roles or users so that when I go to assign the Work Order all of our users don't pop up.

To add to this, being able to assign/limit users to their department so they only see that workflow, those WOs and forms, those users as stated above, would be huge. We have to filter/re-filter every time a page refreshes or sort through dozens of choices that do not apply to us/them (risking choosing a wrong departement's WOs).
